Gorilla Tracking Safari in Uganda and Rwanda 13 Days
This once-in-a-lifetime safari takes you to the heart of Africa Rwanda and Uganda which share a common border as far as Mountain Gorillas among other indigenous primates are concerned.
Day 1: Arrival in Kigali - Rwanda
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport Rwanda, our representative will meet, greet, and transfer you to your city hotel for a layover. Dinner and overnight stay at Kigali Marriott or its equivalent
Day 2: Kigali - Ruhengeri
On this day we explore Kigali city by a visit to the Genocide Memorial, and local markets. Later in the afternoon drive to the base of Volcanoes National Park - Ruhengeri. Dinner and overnight stay at will be at Mountain View Gorilla Lodge or its equivalent.
Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking at Volcanoes National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable
These rare species are also listed as endangered – and Volcanoes National Park currently has two habituated golden monkeys’ troops available for visiting by tourists in the park, both of which make about 80 members. Once we are done with our interaction with the Golden Monkeys, we begin our transfer to Bwindi National Park- Drive Time 5 hours

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, engage in a gorilla trekking excursion in the densely forested Bwindi. Late in the afternoon have a cultural experience with the Batwa community.

Day 5: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Enjoy this day with a leisurely waterfall hike with an option of relaxing in the afternoon.

Day 6: Bwindi – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an evening game drive in the Ishasha sector to try and spot tree-climbing lions as well as other wildlife species.
All meals and overnight stay at Enjojo Lodge or its equivalent
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Full day at Ishasha sector with game drives and sundowner. All meals and overnight stay at Enjojo Lodge or its equivalent
Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Kasenyi Sector
Transfer to Kasenyi sector and afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. All meals and overnight stay at Buffalo Lodge or its equivalent
Day 9: Kibale National Park
Morning game drive and transfer to Kibale National Park. Afternoon at own leisure or possible nature walks weather permitting. All meals and overnight stay at Turacco Lodge or its equivalent
Day 10: Kibale National Park
After breakfast, depart for our Chimpanzee trekking excursion and bird watching in Bigodi area. In the afternoon, indulge in a leisurely walk to a nearby swamp or opt to relax at your lodge. All meals and overnight stay at Turacco Lodge or its equivalent
Day 11: Kampala City
After breakfast, depart for Kampala which is approximately 5 – 6 hours drive; arriving in time for a late lunch. Freshen up and indulge in a late afternoon city tour of Kampala. Dinner and overnight stay at Sheraton Kampala Hotel
Day 12: Kampala - Jinja
After breakfast, transfer to Jinja with en-route visit at Ssezibwa Falls, visit source of the Nile & Boat trip along River Nile. Drive time is 1 hour.
Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Jinja Nile Resort or it`s equivalent
Day 13: Jinja – Entebbe City
On this day and after breakfast, indulge in Bunging Jumping along the Nile River if you are an adrenaline lover. Otherwise transfer to Entebbe, upon arrival in Entebbe you visit the Botanical garden, lunch and an onward transfer to Entebbe airport in time to catch your outbound flight.
