Otherwise, for you to access a combined 30+ years of our invaluable safari & holiday expertise, we charge a non-refundable service fee payable upfront as follow:
- Kenyan Citizens – Kshs 2,500 per enquiry
- Non Kenyan Citizens – USD 100 per enquiry
Consider this as an investment into your Vacation / Holiday / Getaway itinerary as the fee caters for:
- An uninterrupted time which is dedicated to you as we gather your inspiration regarding your Dream Vacation (We encourage you to schedule a 30 minutes free consultation session after filling the vacation planner below. Alternative platforms include WhatsApp / Zoom / Teams).
- We also recommend suitable destination choice(s), hotel accommodation, not to mention all the applicable ground and air transfers.
- We provide critical insights and value-added excursions to supplement your stay and make it a memorable one.
- We customize a bespoke itinerary for you while sweating the small details on your behalf in a bid to curate a unique experience for you and your loved ones.
Scenarios for retaining your agency service fee:
– If you enquire and subscribe to our recommended / customized holiday package, the fee is recovered in your final and the agreed quotation.
– Should you enquire, get the information you are looking for, and choose not to subscribe to our Package, then you forfeit the service fee.
