Day 1: Nairobi to Meru National Park Adventure
Approximate Transit Time: 6 - 7 hours
After an early breakfast, our representative will pick you up at 0600 hrs and head North to Meru National Park. Meru National Park is ideal for those looking for something off the-beaten-track and is well known for its bird life, riverine and forest as well as the dry arid ecosystem. Lunch enroute at own cost. Dinner and overnight stay at Ikweta Safari Camp or it's equivalent.

Day 2: Full Day at Meru National Park
We spend a full day in the park with morning and late afternoon game drives. Game viewing in Meru National Park includes large herds of Buffalo, Bushbuck, Duiker, Eland, Elephant, Gazelle, Genet, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Impala, Kudu, Waterbuck and Gravy Zebra. Expect to see Baboons, Hyena, Jackal, Kudu, Lion, Mongoose, Oryx, Oribi, Vervet Monkeys and Warthog. You may see Wild dog, Bush baby, Caracal, Cheetah, Civet, Dik-dik, Leopard, Otter, Bush pig, Porcupine, Black and White Rhino. The rivers abound with Hippo and Crocodile. Birdlife includes Peter's fin foot which inhabits the Murera and Ura Rivers, the Pel's Fishing Owl, Kingfishers, Rollers, Bee-eaters, Starlings and numerous Weavers. Dinner and overnight stay at Ikweta Safari Camp or it's equivalent.

Day 3: Full Day at Meru National Park
Another full day in search of Meru National Park wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Ikweta Safari Camp or it's equivalent.
Day 4: Meru National Park to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and depart for Nairobi with a drop-off at your city hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight. Packed lunch enroute.
